Cold war

America and I were taking about starting a cold war tread, but since it involves a lot of countries, some of wich we don't have, we would like to know who would like to join.

I guess it would be possible to just jump in when it fits, too...We are talkning about over 40 years of hating here after all...

I'm interested, although only one thread covering such a huge part of History and so many countries is not a good idea, in my opinion. It's going to get real confusing real fast. Isn't it better to have one thread for one or more events to avoid confusion and such?

I kind of agree with Alex, but if we want.. to show how many it really involves, maybe one could do one thread for each decade or something? I don't know.

I'll be there holding conferences and letting you guys meet in Helsinki and stuff. Believe in Kekkonen.

I think Potsdam would be a good start, but we'd need a UK....

We could just start with the Morgenthau and Marshall Plans too, I guess. It's kind of hard to pinpoint a good start...
